Full Day Mediation
(10 am – 4:30 pm)

$5,450 plus HST, for two parties, plus disbursements 

$725 for each additional party

Half Day Mediation

(10 am – 1 pm or 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm)

$3,550 plus HST, for two parties, plus disbursements

$725 for each additional party

Additional Charges

• If mediations are conducted in person, additional costs for facilities, catering, and parking will apply

• Travel for in person mediations outside the GTA will be charged at $375/ hour

• Where travel requires flights, cost of air travel will be added as a disbursement

Cancellation Policies

• Mediations can be cancelled more than forty five (45) days from the scheduled date at no charge

• Mediations cancelled between seven (7) and forty five (45) days from the scheduled date will be billed $2,600 plus HST for a half day and $4,100 plus HST for a full day

• Mediations cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled date will be billed the full amount

• Facility charges and disbursements may apply for cancellations based on the policies of the facility

• Travel or other incurred disbursements may apply for cancellations

• If the date can be filled with another booking, there will be no cancellation fee

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing

• Fees will still be rendered as above on applicable cancelled and rescheduled mediations, however, 25% of cancellation fees shall be credited toward a rescheduled mediation for the same matter
